Very disappointing experience. I asked about a wheel alignment when getting new tires installation but was told it wasn’t needed. After leaving, the car was clearly drifting to the left. I had to return to the shop and spend a long time discussing the issue before they finally agreed to align it on the same day. On top of that, I had to pay for the alignment service myself, even though I had requested it from the beginning. On the drive back, I also noticed a small chip/crack in the windshield that I hadn’t seen before. Overall, the service was frustrating, and I left feeling disappointed.

We took our Chevy Traverse to them because they are a preferred place for the warranty company. The entire experience started out bad. Dropping the vehicle off the gentlemen at the counter was too busy eating pistachios to even put the correct details in for the ticket. The vehicle was listed as an equinox on the ticket. The AC is not working in the car. They tried to tell us that it was severely low on Freon and just needed to be recharged and wanted $850 I explained that there has to be a leak because Freon was put in twice before and the AC worked for a few days then stopped. The gentlemen continued to insist it just needed recharged instead of listening and taking the time to properly review the vehicle. When I refused the $850 recharge they stated the would take all the Freon back out of the car that they put in and we could pick it up. This morning we took it to Evergreen Auto Repair and they were able to diagnose where the LEAK was coming from and everyone in their shop was respectful and listened. They did not attempt to overcharge and actually diagnosed the issue. I will not be trusting this PepBoys with any further repairs on any of our vehicles.

I cannot say enough positive comments! My vehicle broke down 7 hours from home. The staff were ever so helpful and took extra time to get me back on the road. Their personal concern was appreciated as well as their diligence to get my car road ready. Much appreciated Pep Boys!

Worse place I ever went. Manager does NOTHING. Waiting room was filthy coffeepot was so dirty I didn't want to touch it. There was 1 cup guess everyone is supposed to share. I had a 11:00 appointment my car wasn't touched until 1:30. They put 4 tires on took 1 hour. So 3 and 1/2 hours later they are done. I made my appointment the day before by phone. The guy told me about the tires on sale quoted a price made my appointment. I walked in first thing the girl said was no we can't use that price 150.00 more is what I was charged. She have been nice if she took a bath before coming to work to screw over the customers. This store needs closed down. The staff is terrible the manager just sits there and does nothing the guys working on cars spend more time standing up front with the lazy manager talking and sitting in the so called waiting room we were able to hear them talking. I will be taking this up with my lawyer. And they have no bathroom for customers. Don't go to this place.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND Thank goodness for honest hardworking staff / technicians. Shannon was extremely helpful and reassuring of the recommend services. As a bonus an overview of the car and any repairs needed in the future is most helpful for future planning. FANTASTIC JOB EVERYONE!!!!
